What Is Coaching?

“Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” (International Coach Federation)

The foundation of coaching is a professional and trusting relationship between the client and coach. You, the client, are “in the driver’s seat” and set the focus for each session. For your convenience, coaching is conducted by Skype, telephone, or internet, so you can choose your preferred setting. You may select either 30- or 60-minute appointments.

What Is Your Next Step?

What is meaningful and important for you in this season of your life? What if you could begin to step into that vision over the next few months? So it’s no longer a wish or a dream, or still on the back burner?

The vision must be followed by the venture.

It is not enough to stare up the steps.

We must step up the stairs.”  Vance Havner
