Meet Coach Pam
Pam is Board Certified in Health & Wellness Coaching through the Center for Credentialing and Education and holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She received her initial professional coach training through The Circle of Life Mind/Body Health & Wellness Coaching.
For the past decade, Pam has coached corporate clients who have multiple health conditions and/or chronic pain, as well as others who want help creating healthy lifestyle habits, improving work-life balance, or building stress resilience.
Pam has an extensive background as a clinician, educator, consultant, and mentor. Clinical specialties have included: burns, emergency, and trauma; critical care; home health, hospice and palliative care; infusion therapy; pain management; and faith community nursing.
As a coaching client, you have the advantage of partnering with someone who understands the complexities and impact of life-changing conditions. At the same time, Pam has witnessed these conditions serving as a catalyst for personal growth and transformation opportunities. Pam knows first-hand the value of a multidisciplinary team in helping individuals create and achieve whole-person health. She encourages expanding support systems and utilizing resources and integrative approaches that are meaningful.
Pam is privileged to serve her community through volunteering with a local church prayer ministry team.
Every day, Pam looks forward to learning something new. She reads inspirational books, listens to contemporary and traditional gospel music, enjoys walks outdoors, revamps recipes to be healthier yet tasty, and enjoys decaf tea and quality dark chocolate.
